We are a small independent company and all of our jewellery is made to order; due to our jewellery being made by hand and in small batches we are unable to offer refunds. Once the goods have been despatched to you, they become your property. In the unlikely event of there being a fault with the item, please contact us at email@example.com and we will arrange an exchange for you.
If you are purchasing a ring from our online store, please ensure you have the correct size as we are not always able to resize rings. Please note we may charge you a small fee if we are able to resize the ring. We suggest you have your finger measured at a jewellers or at our boutique to make sure the sizing is accurate.
Please ensure the item is returned to us unworn, in its original packaging with the order slip. Please send the item to us using a recorded or trackable service as we are not liable for any damage caused to the item in transit.
